How do I know if I have a Bedbug problem ? - Most people find out due to red itchy bites on the upper part of the body - sometimes you can see the insects (although they are highly nocturnal) - sometimes you can see blood spot staining on sheets/mattress etc
Why have I got a Bedbug problem ? - If you have purchased furniture it may have already been infested however there can be several other reasons including picking them up whilst travelling
What do I have to do ? - We need you to completely strip all beds - all bedclothes (sheets/pillow cases etc) should washed at +60C for 15 mins after the treatment - we also need good access to all the floor areas in the bedroom - this means tidying up any clutter etc.
Do I need to discard my bed, mattress, carpet ? - In most cases this is NOT necessary - early treatment will help - please ring for advice before anything is thrown away
Is it caused by my house being dirty ? - This is definitely not the reason you get Bedbug problems
Is the treatment safe ? - It is entirely safe for you and your family - there is no toxicity for humans
Does the treatment smell or stain ? - No, the treatment does not stain and is odourless unlike some amateur products
How long will the treatment take ? - Depends on the size of your property but around an hour or so
Do I have to leave my house after the treatment ? - After the treatment you must remain out of the treated rooms for 1 hour
